We consider all sales final. We do not accept returns.
We don’t accept exchanges for products if the customer would prefer a different size because the size chart is prominently displayed with every product. Please be sure of the size.
Products purchased on any type of sale cannot be exchanged.
We provide exchange only one time.
The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right not to accept the return of products which
(i) We believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
(ii) Are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
Our return and exchange policy is subject to change at any time without notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review this policy periodically.
Your order can be exchanged under the following circumstances:
- If the product delivered is defected or damaged.
- If a different product size is delivered.
- In this case the customer must record an unboxing video while opening the product for the first time where the defect/size is clearly visible and send the same at our email info@webbedonline.com with the invoice picture within 48 hours from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.
- After verifying it, our team will decide whether to accept or deny the request.
- If the request is approved, the exchange process is initiated and we pay the shipping costs associated with returning the item and delivering it again.
- Exchanged product gets shipped as soon as we receive the returned product. The whole process takes about 7-9 days.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired size is not in stock, you will be offered a coupon code. Coupon code comes with a validity of 50 days.
Fraud Prevention Measures:
We at Webbed prioritize the security of our customers. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are suspected of being fraudulent or violating the terms of this policy.
Rest assured, all returned products undergo thorough inspection to verify their condition and authenticity.
We treat any fraudulent attempts to return products with seriousness and will promptly report such instances to the relevant authorities.
If wrong product and purposely damaged product is returned, we hold the right to not provide you with the coupon code and report the incident to concerned authorities.
